front The KWM-5000 Prototype Transceiver was also known as the "Cadillac". It combined all the functions of the KWM-2A, 312B-5, & 516F-2 plus FSK and a few other new feature all into a single large equipment. Arthur Collins said it was "neither fish nor fowl" as it didn’t include any new technology. He killed the project before going to production. This prototype is the only unit built. It was given to Dennis Day, W?ECK (who donated it to the museum) by Gene Senti, W?ROW.
